Society of African Nurses and Midwives has been established as an umbrella body to provide a collective voice for African nurses, midwives and support staff and promote, support and encourage high standards of care across health and social care services.
It is open to nurses, midwives, and support staff of African origin and African heritage.
The SOANAM UK will promote the development of an inclusive working and learning environment defined by equality and equity where members can reach their potential in their career development and deliver high-quality care within the health and social care systems.
